The BCCClub Annual Holiday (two day) Ride is scheduled for December 28 & 29 (Wednesday & Thursday).
This is an exclusive ride and intended for a small group of people (40 Max), and we will have several low to high-intermediate ride groups, and other options for riders that might feel they have not trained enough for this ride.
The price is $50.00 for Club members and $75.00 for Non-Club members.
The Anaheim to San Diego ride is hailed as one of the best rides in California, with magnificent coastal vistas and picturesque beach communities; this is an excellent way to experience the coastline, on a bike and return on the Pacific Surfliner train!
We normally have great weather during that holiday week, but you should be prepared for all types of weather conditions, as well as temperature changes! If the ride was canceled due to bad weather, I will return all the unspent money to the riders.
We meet at the Anaheim Train Station parking lot at 7:30, for an 8:00 departure.

The club will provide a truck for the bikes again this year, to carry your overnight gear / luggage to/from San Deigo and provide support along the way (SAG). The truck will meet us at certain points along the route (about 20 miles) and provide water and snacks.
Wed, Day One - We will ride approximately 100k (62 miles) from the Anaheim to Carlsbad and check in at the Tamarack Beach Resort. Then relax in the hot tub before enjoying a little Pizza, Beer & Wine (paid for by the club) in their Rec Room, followed by a rousing game of pool to crown the 2011 BCCClub Champion!

enough $$ for misc. items, such as a few meals, train ride home and remember to
bring a valid California Driver's License or
picture ID for the ride through Camp Pendleton.
The train ticket is around $25 (senior & AAA discounts avail), December 29,
train departure times are: 1:25, 3:00, 4:00 & 6:20 and it’s about a two
hour return trip.
